How exactly are credits charged?⌄
Only real AI model calls cost credits — video generation, AI screenwriting, AI storyboarding, character portraits and first frames. Pure system work is always free: final render, caption alignment, cover extraction, editing dialogue or shot order, and any auto-retake triggered by our own QA (that's our quality problem, not your bill).
What happens to unused credits?⌄
Subscription credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Credit packs and bonus credits never expire or reset — when you generate, subscription credits are used first, then your permanent credits.
How does annual billing work?⌄
Annual plans are billed once a year at the price of 10 months (2 months free). Credits are still granted monthly: the first month right away, then on the same day each month. Cancel anytime — you keep your plan until the end of the paid year.
Can I cancel anytime?⌄
Yes — cancel anytime and keep Pro until the period ends.
Do failed generations cost credits?⌄
No. Credits are only charged when a shot completes successfully.
Payment methods?⌄
Global credit / debit cards via Stripe (billed in USD). Users in China can also pay with WeChat Pay / Alipay in RMB.
