1. General

OneVideo Studio is a general-audience creative platform. You can write drama, mystery, urban, family, workplace, and comedy stories, including serious material involving conflict, betrayal, or crime — depicting these subjects is fine; glorifying or instructing is not.

These rules apply to the topics and scripts you write, the material you upload, the films that come out, and anything you share publicly, comments included.

2. Never allowed

Requests matching any category below are refused outright and may trigger account review:

• Sexualized content involving minors — zero tolerance, no exceptions. Text that contains both an age or identity under 18 and explicit sexual content is treated as a violation regardless of context. Such records are retained and referred to law enforcement where required.
• Pornographic and sexually explicit content — photoreal nudity, sex acts, genital description, or material whose evident purpose is sexual arousal.
• Non-consensual sexual acts — rape, drug-facilitated assault, and bestiality are not permitted in any creative framing.
• Violent extremism and self-harm instruction — weapons and explosives manufacture, attack planning, suicide and self-harm methods.
• Drug trafficking and manufacture — sale, synthesis, or use instructions.
• Hateful content — attacks, degradation, or incitement based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Politically sensitive content — depictions involving heads of state, political movements, and sensitive historical events.
• Impersonation and deepfakes — generating a recognizable real person saying something they never said.

3. Copyright and Restyle

Restyling — converting existing footage into another art style — creates no new copyright. Platform content-ID systems match on visual and audio fingerprints, and a style change does not evade them.

• Upload only footage you shot yourself, or that you are explicitly authorized to process.
• You must affirm your rights at upload; that affirmation is recorded.
• Do not upload films, TV, variety shows, or other creators' videos to restyle and republish.
• Do not incorporate protected brand marks, film IP characters, or trademarks into generated content.

If you believe a work on this platform infringes your rights, send the link, proof of your rights, and your contact details to info@weareoneconncetion.com. We prioritize these and take confirmed infringements down.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Every public watch page and Explore entry carries a report control. Anyone can report without signing in.

• We complete an initial review within 24 hours of receiving a report.
• Content confirmed to violate this policy is removed immediately and becomes visible to no one.
• You can also block a creator; their work stops appearing in your Explore feed.
• Abusive mass reporting results in loss of reporting privileges.

5. Enforcement ladder

• First ordinary violation — content removed with notice; the account is unaffected.
• Repeat violations — public sharing suspended; private creation remains.
• Severe violations (anything in section 2) — immediate permanent ban, remaining credits forfeited, no refund.
• Sexualized content involving minors — immediate ban and referral to law enforcement, with no appeal window.

6. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong — our safety systems can produce false positives, for instance on a script that mentions an age in a non-sexual context — send the project link and an explanation to info@weareoneconncetion.com. We review manually and reply within 7 business days. Determinations involving sexualized content and minors are not appealable.
