1. What the service does

OneVideo Studio is an AI-powered short drama generator. You supply a topic or a script; we call several AI models to produce storyboards, video, voice, and subtitles, and assemble them into a finished film.

Generation is non-deterministic. The same input can produce different results, and framing, lip sync, and pronunciation may not match your expectations. This is an inherent limitation of current AI video technology, not a defect in the service.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 17 years old to register and use this service.
• One person should hold one account. Accounts may not be transferred or lent.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by anyone using your credentials.
• You may delete your account yourself at any time in Settings; see section 3 below and the Privacy Policy for what that entails.

3. Credits, payment, and refunds

Usage is metered in credits. Video generation is billed per second, with higher rates for higher resolutions; scripts, storyboards, and character portraits each carry a fixed cost. Live prices on the pricing and create pages are authoritative.

• When you are charged: a shot is deducted only when it generates successfully. Failures cost nothing. Successful results are not refunded because you dislike them.
• Where you buy: through Apple In-App Purchase inside the iOS app, and through third-party payment processors on the web. Prices may differ between channels.
• Purchases made through Apple are refunded solely by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue those refunds — please request them from Apple directly.
• Purchases made on the web may be refunded for unconsumed credits within 7 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not refundable.
• Credits are not currency. They cannot be transferred, cashed out, or earn interest. Remaining credits are forfeited when an account is deleted or banned for violations.
• Membership benefits (priority queue, HD tiers, longer runtimes) apply during the paid period. When it lapses you return to the free tier; purchased credits are unaffected.

4. Your content and the license you grant

You retain all rights in the material you upload and the films you generate. To operate the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transcode your content, and to transmit it to third-party processors or publishing platforms at your direction. That license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You warrant that you hold the lawful right to process every file you upload. This matters most for the Restyle feature: changing the art style creates no new copyright and does not evade platform content-ID systems. Legal responsibility for restyling someone else's footage rests entirely with you.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate, upload, or publish anything that violates our Content Policy. You also may not:

• Circumvent, probe, or interfere with our content safety systems, billing, or rate limits.
• Scrape our pages or APIs by automated means.
• Impersonate anyone, or generate unlabeled content that viewers could reasonably mistake for real events or real statements by real people.
• Resell raw generation capacity — repackaging this service as your own API offering.

6. Disclosing AI-generated content

Every image and voice this service produces is AI-generated, not filmed. When you publish externally, you must comply with the AI-disclosure requirements of the destination platform and of your jurisdiction. The consequences of failing to disclose are yours.

7. Publishing to third-party platforms

One-click publishing depends on APIs of platforms you authorize. Their availability, moderation decisions, and account penalties are theirs alone and outside our control. We are not liable for failed publishes, takedowns, or account sanctions.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is", with no promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetual operation. Upstream model providers' quotas, rate limits, outages, and policy changes all affect what we can generate. We will give advance notice of material changes where we can.

9. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account. If you materially breach these Terms or the Content Policy, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and pursue any losses caused. Content crossing criminal lines — sexualized material involving minors above all — is referred directly to law enforcement.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.

11. Changes and governing terms

We may update these Terms, revising the effective date above and notifying you in the app. You may delete your account before material changes take effect.
